Seal coating and striping belong in the same visit. Sealer covers the whole surface, so every marking underneath it disappears, and the lot has to be laid out again afterwards regardless. Doing both together means one closure instead of two, and it puts the new markings on a fresh, uniform surface rather than a patchwork.
