ADA Parking and Signage at Circle K, Supply NC

A fuel and convenience site turns its parking over faster than almost any other retail format, and the accessible stalls sit close to the door where that movement is heaviest.

Crown Paving laid out the accessible parking here and installed the signage. Both halves are required and the signage is the half that gets left out. A correctly dimensioned stall with its access aisle marked is still not compliant if the sign at the head of the space is missing, mounted too low to be read from a vehicle, or lacks the van-accessible designation where the space has been built for one.

Supply is on the Brunswick County coast, which puts this site a long way from Crown's Charlotte yard and at the far end of the service area. Coastal work is planned around that distance rather than treated as a local call.
