Resurfacing puts a new wearing course over pavement that is still structurally sound. It restores the surface and seals it against water without the cost, the spoil and the closure that come with taking a lot back to its base, and it is the right call when the problem is the top of the pavement rather than what is underneath it.

Crown Paving resurfaced this lot and laid the striping out fresh afterwards. Doing them in that order matters more than it sounds: markings applied to new asphalt sit on a clean, uniform surface, where re-marking a worn lot leaves the old layout ghosting through the new one.
